Yes – we are a pet-friendly community. Both dogs and cats are permitted at Hearthstone Village within our pet policy. Please contact us for further details.

No, Hearthstone Village is a smoke-free community.

Our community room can be reserved for those times when you want to entertain your family or friends on a larger scale. The room’s kitchen is “party-friendly” and is conducive for catering. If you would like to reserve the community room, please speak with Management.

Gardeners are encouraged to work on our perennial garden wall. We also encourage patio flowers and each of our buildings chooses, plants, and cares for our main entry beds.

The Hearthstone Village community offers 1-year leases on all of our spacious apartments.

We always do our best to accommodate the timing needs for new members of our community. Move-ins are based on availability of you preferred apartment style.

Each apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range with a self-cleaning oven, garbage disposal, built in microwave, and full-size washer and dryer. You will need to provide your own furniture and décor.

Residents have full use of the Community Clubhouse and full calendar of activities at no additional charge. The clubhouse features an indoor heated pool, fitness center, craft room, billiards room, and community room. It is accompanied by activities including fitness classes, bus trips, informational seminars, live entertainment, community parties, etc. You can find our current calendar of activities on our events calendar.
